About

As a mental health professional with well over a decade of experience, I possess extensive knowledge and skill in conducting key note mental health talks, training, and workshops for private, public, and third sector services.

My approach to the complex subject of mental health is engaging and can assist you and your audience in gaining a deeper understanding of mental health. This can help individuals improve their resilience, create action and accountability in relation to organisational culture and improve well being.

Experience

As a mental health and occupational health nurse in private practice, I specialise in the promotion of good mental health in the workplace. I have worked in senior leadership positions in several NHS Trusts where I have a proven track record of successfully leading and supervising multi-professional teams through highly stressful times, ensuring their productivity, safety, and effectiveness. I am trained and highly competent in facilitating post-incident critical debriefs and root cause analysis incident investigations.

The support and supervision which Alex provided whilst working alongside our qualified mental health staff was invaluable.

The Wider Team

Where your service needs specific expertise or a greater scale, I draw on a national network to build the right team for you. My associates are experienced practitioners, including clinical psychologists, mental health nurses, an experienced counsellor, and a consultant psychiatrist.

We then work together, closely, as a skilled group of practitioners to ensure you are provided with the highest standards to meet the needs of your service.

I would very much recommend his services and the value he will bring to helping others think about their own challenges.
