Background

The consultancy was created to be a driving force behind mental health promotion and preventative work within organisations, aiming to increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and create a happier working environment. The idea was sparked while working clinically during the pandemic when it was identified that the resources available to support staff were limited and more could be done.

We all experience mental health issues, now more than ever, and there are times when we all need support, yet the provision for this is not consistent or adequate. With the right approach, I can help develop environments that are supportive and responsive to psychological distress and reduce the financial impact of poor mental health.

Price

Prices vary depending on what you require but there is a set day rate if you chose a combination of services that require a full day. If you are a charity provider, please get in touch regarding reduced rates and other offers of support.

Services

The approach taken is based on the individual needs of your service. This will involve a conversation about your goals followed by a custom launch plan being created.

Location

Services are available across the U.K, both in person and online. The services provided are designed for educational and workplace settings, which include business, healthcare settings, and third sector organisations.

Outcome

The goal is to connect the different departments and individuals within your setting to create shared a approach and agreed actions to mental health. Each workshop comes with a personalised mental health charter, which is created in the session.

The outcome of this at an individual level is improved well-being, greater resilience levels and more accountability. A wider organsiational outcome is reduced absence, a lower burden on HR departments and a culture that attracts staff and values good mental health but knows how to respond to someone struggling with psychological distress.

The way I work with your organisation can be done in various ways, whether that is one-off, ad-hoc, or long-term work. It is important that I am flexible, approachable, and supportive of you and your team.
